Christmas Brunch

This Baked Gruyere and Turkey Sausage Omelet was the main attraction of my Christmas brunch and it was a big hit with everyone. It was delicious and super easy to prepare. I will definitely make it again. And it would be great for breakfast any day (or dinner, for that matter). Several people have asked me for the recipe. Here it is...
